Return and Exchange Policy

At KSuniforms.pk we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy exchange process under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are allowed for size, colour, or defective items only.

Items purchased during sales, clearance, or with discount codes may not be eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at Whatsaap 0321-6776097  with your order details.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 3 business days.

If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items:

Undergarments and accessories for hygiene reasons.
